About New Jersey RODEM Church
New Jersey RODEM Church is a nonprofit faith community in Fort Lee, New Jersey, serving families across northern New Jersey and the greater New York metro area. We are a congregation of many backgrounds, ages, and languages drawn together by one calling: to know Christ and to make Him known. We warmly welcome Korean-American and immigrant families, longtime neighbors, and anyone simply looking for a place to belong.
Our name reflects our heart. We are ONE BIG FAMILY — a place where the newcomer is welcomed, the searching find a home, and ordinary people are equipped to live out an extraordinary faith. Whether you have followed Jesus for decades or are stepping into a church for the very first time, there is a seat for you here.

Our Mission
Why We Exist
We follow Christ’s command to make disciples. Our mission is to raise up disciples among all peoples through the Word movement taught by the Lord.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.” — Matthew 28:19
This mission shapes everything we do — from the way we teach Scripture, to the way we welcome a family new to America, to the way we serve our neighbors right here in Fort Lee. To learn more about what we believe, read Our Faith.
Our Story
Twenty Years of Ministry
RODEM Church began in 2006 with a small group of believers in Fort Lee who longed for a community shaped by the living Word of God. From those first humble gatherings, our family has grown — welcoming neighbors, students, young families, and many immigrant households building a new life in America.
In 2026 we joyfully celebrate our 20th anniversary. Over two decades, what has never changed is our heart: to open the Bible together, to grow as disciples, and to care for one another and our community as one big family.
What We Do
Faith Lived Out in Real Ways
Our mission is not only spoken — it is practiced. Here are the concrete ways our community invests in people and serves the public good across Fort Lee and the surrounding region.
Education & Discipleship
We offer Bible study, teaching, and mentoring for all ages — children, youth, and adults — so people can grow in understanding, character, and faith. The Word is taught clearly and applied to everyday life, free and open to all who wish to learn.
Community Care
We walk alongside immigrant and Korean-American families adjusting to life in a new country — offering friendship, encouragement, translation help, and practical support as they find their footing and a place to belong.
Local Outreach & Volunteering
We roll up our sleeves to serve our neighbors in Fort Lee and the surrounding towns through volunteer service, sharing resources, and caring for those in need within our community.
Fellowship & Family Programs
We are one big family across languages and generations. Through shared meals, prayer, youth gatherings, and life together, we make sure no one walks their journey alone.
